We've now developed two fantastic cycling websites, where you'll find everything you need to know about cycling opportunties in the Yorkshire Dales.
There are over 800km of bridleways, byways and green lanes in the Yorkshire Dales which can be linked in countless ways to provide some superb mountain biking adventures. Visit www.mtbthedales.org.uk for up-to-date route information and suggestions, maps, route reviews and riding tips, details of the new Pennine Bridleway which is being developed across the area and a whole load of useful links to accommodation providers and bike shops. Bus services with bike-carrying facilitiesFor those who want to use public transport to get their bikes to the Yorkshire Dales, a bike-carrying facility is available on Malham Tarn Shuttle service 809, running on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays between Ilkley, Skipton, Settle, Malham Tarn and Malham.
